Data Deletion

You can delete your data from Weathervane at any time. This page explains what we delete and how to request it. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and why.

Disconnect Instagram

To immediately stop Weathervane from receiving new messages, disconnect the account from your Weathervane settings, or remove Weathervane's access directly from Meta:

• Instagram: Instagram Apps and Websites settings.

Revoking access this way stops all further access immediately.

Request full deletion

To delete your account and all associated data, email adwaith@weathervane.in from your account email address, with the subject line "Delete my data" and your business name. We will verify the request and permanently delete your data within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and business profile.
• All stored messages, contacts, and media from your connected Instagram account.
• Stored access tokens for any connected Meta account.
• Order and stock records.

Some records may be retained briefly where required by law, and anonymised analytics that cannot be linked back to you may be retained.
