What does Weathervane do?
The AI can answer customer chats on Instagram and WhatsApp, including photos. Weathervane builds the order from the chat and saves the customer details. You confirm it, and your stock updates.
Does the AI reply to my customers?
Only if you switch it on. It answers from the questions you write and your live products and prices, and hands the chat to you when it is not sure, or for discounts, complaints and anything it cannot see. Weathervane also reads the chat to build the order for you to confirm.
What does Weathervane cost?
₹999 a month, everything included. There is no setup fee.
Can it read photos my customers send?
Yes. It compares a customer’s photo with the photos of your products to find the right one. If it is not sure which product it is, it passes the chat to you instead of guessing. We are setting this up with shops one by one, so tell us how you sell and we will test it on your products.
I do not have a website. Can I use this?
Yes. Your orders come from your customer chats, so you do not need a website.
Do my customers need to install anything or click a link?
No. They keep messaging you on Instagram or WhatsApp the way they do now. Nothing changes for them.
